This study examines the role of medical libraries in providing sexual health information, focusing on the accessibility and utilization of resources related to sexuality, contraceptive use, and reproductive health. Access to credible information is essential for promoting sexual health and enabling informed decision-making. Medical libraries are key in providing evidence-based resources to students, healthcare professionals, and the general public. A total of 180 users of College of Health Sciences library, AKTH were administered the questionnaire and 152 questionnaire were returned and found used for the study. The findings revealed that 64% of the respondents were aware of the library's sexual health information resources, with higher awareness among younger age groups (18-34 years) and women. Despite this, 22% of respondents frequently accessed these resources, suggesting underutilization, likely due to factors such as cultural stigma, privacy concerns, and limited resource diversity. The majority (80%) of respondents recognized the library's crucial role in supporting sexual health awareness, advocating for initiatives like workshops, improved digital access, and private consultation spaces. These findings suggest that medical libraries, despite facing certain barriers, have the potential to advance sexual health literacy by providing access to reliable, evidence-based information. Libraries can bridge information gaps through inclusive policies, expanded collections, and collaboration with healthcare organizations, ultimately fostering equitable access to sexual health information. Recommendations for improving resource utilization include expanding collections, enhancing digital access, and addressing privacy concerns. Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the ethical committee, ensuring participant confidentiality and informed consent throughout the research process.
